Dirtastic sponsorship is included in your coaching commitment. We work hard to get support for each of you and want you to have a successful riding, racing and coaching season. Please follow the following sponsorship guidelines:

• All coaches must have Dirtastic stickers/graphics with logo visible on front and sides of bike throughout 2025.

• If you are not sponsored by another gear company, consider Dirtastic your sponsor and wear Dirtastic Issued Fly Racing gear at all races/events. Recreational riding is a bonus but not required. (Sure helps get good content for your social posts too!)

• Add ‘Dirtastic’ as a sponsor at all races you participate in.

• Represent Dirtastic on the podium at any level/type of race.

• Qualify for a Podium bonus!

* Race a National level race and make the podium in the Women’s Pro/Premier class you will have a chance to earn $100 for 1st, $75 for 2nd and $50 for 3rd.

* You must represent Dirtastic on the Podium with a tee, hat, gear, etc.

* You must race in Current Dirtastic sponsored gear set (or have approved Dirtastic bike graphics if you have a gear sponsor). 

* Tag @dirt.astic #dirtastic in your social media posts and pre/post race report.

* A photo and official results must be submitted to Dirtastic, Llc. Monday following the race.

• The 2025 Dirtastic Coaching season begins January 2025 and ends December 31, 2025.

• Represent Dirtastic in a positive, professional manner at ALL times, on and off the bike.

• Uphold your verbal and/or written commitment to attend Dirtastic events and/or Sessions.

• Retain a positive attitude. Follow Dirtastic Coaching Guidelines.

• Lead group exercises and drills.

• Assist with event set up and tear down, when possible.

• As a Dirtastic Coach, you are committed to our team and therefore will not participate in any other group coaching, like event or event with conflict of interest without permission and guidelines met by Dirtastic.

• The Main Event- May 15-18: ALL coaches are required to participate at the Main Event! There is plenty to do even if you happen to be unable to ride.

• Set up for the Main Event begins May 13th at 4pm. This is not required, however appreciated if you are available.

• All coaches are to attend the Rich Larsen Training Session prior to The Main Event, May 14-15. This is a HUGE perk and considered part of your Dirtastic training.

• All coaches are required to attend at least one other event outside The Main Event. If you are available for more or you have a fun idea you want to throw at me to curate an event, please let me know asap!

• All retuning coaches are encouraged to host at least one Riding 101 (Fundamentals) Session in your local region. Make it a two day camp, or add a second Session of your choice to maximize your reach! Session dates must be turned into Dirtastic no later than 12 weeks prior to your event date. Any thing submitted after may not be accepted (however it is always worth asking). Insurance, promotion, permits, etc will be provided by Dirtastic. Compensation will be commission based on a sliding scale.

• You are welcomed to host as many Sessions as you would like, and any type of Session you dream up.

• All retuning coaches are required to host at least 1 complementary local ride day. Dates must be confirmed by 4/15/25. (no coaching, just a community ride day. This is not a Dirtastic event, just a great way to give back to your community!) This could be paired with a Session of your choice.

• List “@Dirt.astic” in your Instagram Account Profile (You can be creative.)

• Repost ALL Dirtastic (Stories are totally cool), whether or not you are coaching. This will help us reach more ladies, growing this rad community of women who ride! (Plus, the more visibility our sponsors see the more they hook it up!)

• Share your stoke for Dirtastic! Post 1 post/reel on social media per month tagging (@dirt.astic #dirtastic #letsgetdirtastic) throughout 2025. Tag us in a post you can relate to riding, whether it’s about your mindset for training for your next marathon that you can relate to riding or about your best #fastfriend who you are surfing with! Posting about upcoming Sessions/events totally count too!

• Post 1 post/reel on social media per month tagging our key sponsors throughout 2025 (that’s 12 posts). This is super important especially through the fall/winter when we don’t have as many events!This one should be about riding! (Remember our partners support each coach? This is where we can individually give back! The more they see, the more likely they will continue to support each of you!) Psst! Don’t forget about posting for events! It’s an easy way to get these posts taken care of!

• Each coach is required hold current First Aid/CPR certification. This must be submitted by 3/1/2025 or proof you will be attending a certification class. Wilderness First Aid/CPR is 100% recommended.

• Pass out Dirtastic Stickers at all races and non-Dirtastic events you attend.

• Have Dirtastic stickers or approved Dirtastic graphics on your bike(s). Placement is important! Please make sure to have at least one sticker/Dirtastic graphic visible on the front of your bike (front fender tip, number plate, fork guards), one sticker/Dirtastic graphic on each side of your bike and bonus placement on the back or under the rear fender.

• A few additional events may be added in the calendar throughout the year where coach support will be appreciated.

• Represent Dirtastic in a professional manner whether you are coaching, racing or just our having fun!

• Set up/prep/training is mandatory at ALL events. This is the day before the published event date (typically a Friday) is a required prep day. This is to learn the ins and outs, and prep for the event. For example, if a session/ camp is scheduled for Sat & Sun, prep/training day is Friday. If the events starts Friday, prep/training is Thursday.

• Coaches may only wear Dirtastic issued gear/ hats/ tees/hoodies, etc during entire duration of event. (Including Main Event)

• Main Event issued uniform must be worn at all times when not in Fly Racing gear.

• Please make sure to welcome riders with a smile and stoke.

• Set up and tear down is apart of each event. Please make sure to check in with Kalyn prior to leaving.

• Please self direct or ask what needs to be done. There is always someway to help!

• Please document each event to your best ability and send content to Kalyn at the end of each event.

• Daily Session Compensation:

Returning coaches- $200

New coaches (CIT)- $150

• Main Event Compensation $1000

• Coach Hosted Sessions (CHS):

Must have a min of 4 riders. 4 riders or fewer, the event will be cancelled.

5 - 12 riders, all lead coaches will receive 50% of net profits for single day Sessions. Please inquire about 2 day options.

CIT’s will assist at $150/day when a CHS has 7 or more riders.

• Fuel reimbursement:

Up to $300 (receipts must be turned in to Dirtastic, Llc. by the following Wednesday after event by email. Anything received after, subject to approval) Lost receipts will not be reimbursed. See additional information about fueling below.

• How to properly expense fuel? Fill your vehicle BEFORE you leave for the event. Each fill FOLLOWING will be considered. Fill your vehicle when you RETURN home as the final receipt. Only fuel to and from events will be included. Any outside travel and bike fuel is not included.

• Bike fuel will be provided on site unless otherwise noted. Make sure your bike is topped off BEFORE you arrive at an event. At the end of each event, you are welcomed to top off with Dirtastic fuel before you return home. (Unless directed otherwise) always bring extra fuel, especially if you use premix.

• Fuel Reimbursement will not be available for any Coach Hosted Sessions (CHS), private lessons, etc. You are able to write this off as a contractor.

• Air travel will be booked by Dirtastic, Llc. Air travel will be covered to $300 (same as fuel).

• If you are traveling by air, bikes will be transported or provided when possible.

• You are responsible for your own camping or accommodations at each Session/ Event unless otherwise arranged.

• WhatsApp is how all communication will be made. Make sure to turn your alerts on so you don’t miss a thing! We can also easily share photos via WhatsApp.
